Can I use my own trade accounts?
Yes. Parts Resolve can either route orders to your existing trade accounts, or place them through us at our negotiated trade rates. Most dealers do a mix of both.
Do you handle used parts?
Yes. Verified UK dismantlers are first-class on the network, with photos, mileage and condition grading. Useful for pre-sale cosmetic fixes where new is overkill.
Does this work for franchise dealers?
Yes — franchise dealers use Parts Resolve mainly for non-OEM lines (consumables, smart repair, used cosmetic). OEM parts can route through your existing manufacturer system.
Can I get group-level reporting?
