For dismantlers

Move used parts, fast.

A used part on a shelf is dead capital. Parts Resolve attaches every part you list to the donor VIN and the cross-reference graph — so the right buyer finds it within hours, not months.

Why it works

Built for your day.

List against the donor VIN

Scan the VIN once, the system pulls the full DVLA spec, and every part you photograph lands with correct fitment automatically attached.

Cross-reference for free

A wing mirror off a Mk7 Golf is also the right wing mirror off a Mk7 Golf Estate, an Audi A3, a Skoda Octavia and a SEAT Leon. We surface every match.

Buyers ready to pay

Garages, dealers and fleets — verified trade only. They want the part on the bench today; you want the shelf clear this week.

Photo-first listings

Mobile capture flow built for the yard. Photos, mileage, condition grade, donor VIN — done in two minutes per part, gone in days.

Honest grading, fewer returns

Standardised condition grading (A/B/C, with tear-down notes) keeps expectations realistic and return rates low.

No subscription

Free to list, free to maintain. Small per-order success fee on items sold. The cheapest channel you can run.

How it fits

From request to resolved.

  1. Step 01

    Book a vehicle in

Scan the VIN or enter the VRM. DVLA spec, model code, engine, gearbox and trim all attach to the donor record automatically.

  2. Step 02

    List parts in minutes

Mobile capture: pick the part type, snap photos, set price and grade. Cross-references and fitment populate themselves from the donor.

  3. Step 03

    Sell and dispatch

Buyer orders, you pick the labelled bay, drop on a pallet network or local courier. Funds settle into your account on standard terms.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do you support eBay-style cross-listing?

You can keep listing on eBay or your own site — Parts Resolve is additive. Many dismantlers see Parts Resolve as their trade channel and consumer marketplaces as their retail channel.

How does payment work?

Buyer pays Parts Resolve at point of order. Funds release to your account once the part is marked dispatched. Optional escrow for high-value items.

Do I need to be ATF-licensed?

Yes. Parts Resolve only lists from licensed Authorised Treatment Facilities and reputable specialist dismantlers, so trade buyers know everything is properly de-polluted and traceable.

Can buyers see the donor VIN?

Buyers see the donor’s make, model, year and mileage — not the full VIN. The VIN is held internally so we can verify fitment claims and trace parts if needed.
