How does this affect my existing direct trade accounts?
It doesn’t. Customers with direct accounts can keep buying direct. Parts Resolve is purely an additional channel — typically picking up the long tail of smaller trade buyers you can’t cover one-to-one.
Can we control which products are visible?
Yes — by category, brand, region or buyer segment. Many national suppliers expose service items and aftermarket lines while keeping certain OEM ranges off-network.
What’s the commercial model?
A platform fee plus a per-order success fee. Volume tiers available. We share full terms during a commercial conversation — happy to sign mutual NDA first.
Do you support EDI / ANSI X12 / EDIFACT?
Yes for our larger supplier partners. Most start with our REST API; we add EDI flows where the buyer relationship demands it.
