Will this conflict with my franchise dealer network?

It’s designed not to. Most OEM suppliers configure Parts Resolve so franchise dealers see genuine stock first and at franchise pricing. Non-network trade buyers see genuine alongside approved alternatives, never below RRP.

How do you handle counterfeit risk?

Aftermarket sellers can never list under your brand. They can declare equivalence to your part numbers — and that equivalence has to cite evidence. Counterfeit listings are a hard ban.

Can we restrict who buys?

Yes. Buyer segmentation is granular: by trade type, by region, by franchise membership. Common pattern is genuine restricted to franchise dealers and approved trade only.

What integration support is available?

A named partnerships engineer through onboarding, plus a sandbox environment for QA. Most OEM integrations go live in 6–10 weeks including ERP work.
