Is the buyer free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no commitment. You pay suppliers for the parts you order at their trade price; Parts Resolve doesn’t charge buyers for using the platform on the Free plan.
What does the supplier success fee look like?
Single-digit percentage on completed orders, with volume discounts for national and OEM partners. Exact rates are confirmed in your supplier agreement.
Can I mix plans?
Yes — for example a dealer group on Buyer Group with API Professional for their integration. Plans are billed independently.
Do you offer charity or training discounts?
Yes. Registered charities, FE colleges and government training programmes get the Pro plan free. Email sales for setup.
